S21 ultra camera bump area very hot seeking advice what to do about it

Camera bump body hot as is there some settin I have wrongly set causing this or is it faulty phone

It is because its aluminium unlike the glass S20, it heats up more of the tech behind it, the same as the body.

 

I suspect there will be a patch out to optimise the camera a bit more to minimise this but the material will always absorb some heat.
