S20 ultra stock delayed?

Preordered an upgrade to the S20 ultra through my local store and was told it could be collected from the 13th. Went in on the 14th and it wasn't in stock. 

 

Is it in stock/ is there a way for me to know when it will be? 

 

I ordered it at Southampton westquey in store

@Arcon   The store will contact you when it’s ready for collection.  The preorders outstripped the amount that EE got from Samsung.  Unfortunately you’ll have to wait till the store contact you.   As you pre-ordered any devices that the store have in stock will be allocated to you or others who ordered before you.   The store can not have stock if pre-orders haven’t been completed first. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Just to add to what @Chris_B  has written, due to the coronavirus epidemic, stocks could be low, and so there may be a delay, as they are made, at least in part, in China where this disease originated, so you will need to be patient, unfortunately.
