I recently recieved my new s20 fe 5g! And their is no headphones in the box! Should there be??? Not impressed!!!!!!

Some countries are getting headphones but not the UK.
Next time you get a phone its probably best to google whats in the box first.. theres all sorts of things not being put in boxes these days.
Apple for example dont give you a plug with your iphone 12, which is madness.
