@sefmus try giving your Sim card to clean with a damp cloth make sure it’s dry before you put it back into the device.

Have you tried restarting your phone?
Is anyone else in your home or local area also with EE - do they have any problems?
If so - I'd recommend checking the status checker for any local issues, by selecting "I have a problem"
