S10+ earbuds mentioned by upgrade team

Just received my s10+ today after upgrading to it yesterday. Was told by EE upgrade team that I would get free Samsung ear buds and a wireless charger.

No ear buds turned up with the device and it looks like they can only be claimed if you pre ordered the device. Seems like I've been miss old this as reason I upgraded to the 512gb was for the earbuds...

@Chris_B It's also available with the S10+  £63 & £68 trade in plans and from £73 without trade in.

Phoned upgrades team and they credited the amount of the earbuds to my account 👍

@Paddyk87  have they ordered you a pair of Earbuds now or do you have to order them from Samsung ?

@BrendonH EE stock the ear buds themselves now so thought the upgrades team would of ordered them for the OP then credited his account to cover the cost.
