I upgraded my phone on the 10th of August. I never received a returns pack for my old phone within 7 days so I called EE on the 17th of august, they said a new one would be sent out. It’s now been a month since I upgraded and I’ve still had nothing sent out to me. I work from home so I would know if there were deliveries. To make matters worse I’m now being charged £100 extra on my phone bill this month and have no idea why.
I’ve tried getting in contact with EE but nothing. Please help!! I don’t know what to do and I just want my old phone gone so I don’t get stuck with the entire charge for it when it isn’t my fault.

You will need to call EE CS on 150 about this issue. I would also check your postal address is correct.
