Restore deleted contact number

Kellywelly00

Hi, I’ve deleted a contact number which I now need. I have an iPhone 7. I’ve turned off contacts and then turned on and merged but it didn’t bring it back. Is there any way of finding it without using a computer as I don’t have one or without deleting everything on phone?
Many thanks

Kelly

 Hi @Kellywelly00

Have you got any form of Cloud backup that you could restore from?

I don’t tend to do back ups so I don’t know if my phone automatically does it. I do have iCloud. I’ve read many things like reset all content but it says it’ll wipe everything, I don’t know how to get it from iCloud?

Hi @Kellywelly00

Have you tried logging into the iCloud website online?

If you can't see anything there, your contacts may not have been backed up.

Jon

@Kellywelly00  If you’ve deleted the contact there is no way to get it back your contacts are by default stored on iCloud so provided you’ve not charged this it will be deleted from your iCloud contacts.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
