Reset EE perks password

I’ve been trying for the last week to reset my ee password, used various  devices and check junk but there’s never a reset email

Are you using the same email address you originally registered with? Did you verify your email when you signed up?

Yes it’s definitely the same email but I can’t remember getting a verifying an email. When I tried to register again it came up that the email address was already in use

I'm having the same problem. Trying to log in to ee perks. My details are registered but no password reset email received

Are you given any error messages when you try to log in? Have you checked your spam/junk folder for the emails?
