How do i order a nano sim for my new phone as i'd like to keep my number

Take phone & old SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one.

Are you ordering an upgrade phone through EE? If you are, then a replacement SIM tends to be sent out to cover off the possibility that your current SIM won't work.
