Repair collection packaging

The courier has been arranged to collecty phone for repair. What do I need to put my phone in before handing to the delivery person as advisor said just hand phone to them?
I also had a text to say include the repair booking form sheet but I do not have one?

Don't worry, the driver should have the necessary labelling for your phone when they arrive for the collection.
