Hello all, hope you are keeping well! I just remembered that I was given an extra sim ages ago to use on the same account that my main one. It used to be a free extra on my plan but just realised now that it costs me £8/month for not using it. I can't seem to find how to remove it from my plan, any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Welcome to the EE Community,
to cancel your additional line you will need to give 30 days notice call 150 and select the option to leave EE.
