I have done an early upgrade today to an iPhone 11 Pro Max however when I checked out I couldn't select Full Cover insurance, I could only select cover for damage. Is there anyway that I can upgrade this to the full cover?

@Lotus94 You’ll need to speak with customer services to change this.

I thought as much but with everything happening with Coronavirus I thought I would leave the lines clear for people who actually have urgent issues. I guess the only way for me to change this is to call them then, thanks anyway.
