Regarding add on accessories

Hi, I have been with EE for a while.

 

I have two phone monthly contracts on the same account and have never had problems keeping up with bills. I have upgraded using the early upgrade path twice and have got out a total of around 7 accessories/add ons using the site.

 

I have just paid off the last accessory so I now have zero accessories but I wanted to have the option to get a couple of things if I wanted to. The problem I am having is that I no longer have the option of getting more accessories. I was told by someone in customer service that once my last add on was paid off I would then have another option of getting something out but I do not see anything. 

 

What am I supposed to do? Can someone help me get to the bottom of this?

If no add to plan option is showing, please give us a call on 150. Our Mobile Care team will get this looked into for you.
