Hello, yesterday WhatsApp, IG, FB stopped working for long. As I’m in another country I thought I didn’t have enough data so I send some money to my EE but after realised it was a problem with only those apps as I had enough data.
the money was taken for my bank account and I’d like a refund plz

@Alejandra1 Didn’t you check what data you had left via your account before you made the purchase? You also purchased a data allowance which mean you got something for your money.

I couldn’t check the status and didn’t have internet so I assumed I didn’t have any data.
I added £15, which £5 are being used (I think).
Just have a couple of questions, would love your clarification:
1. My package is due to renew in 5 days. does that mean that I’ll loose data optioned ? Once you renew it
2. there are £10 in my balance, for the next bill can you take the payment from it rather than direct debit from my bank account ?
3. can I change the date of my renewal , so I can at least enjoy the data I just bought and don’t loss it ?
Thanks.

Hi @Alejandra1.
If there is any leftover money on your account, this will be used as part of your next bill.
The add-on will last for either seven or 30 days, depending on which one you bought. Once the add-on has ran out, you will then start to use your normal data allowance.

You speak of sending money to your MyEE a/c. Do you mean topping-up? Are you on contract or PAYG?
