Hi,
I cancelled an order for a4GEE hub the other week, and got confirmation that a refund would be sent. However, I have not heard anything else, and have not got my refund yet. How long is the current time scale for refunds to be processed? Obviously very tight for money at the moment.

Welcome to the community.
A refund can take up to 10 working days to reach your account, although it's usually a little faster than this.
If it goes beyond 10 days, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team.
