Redeeming fiit subscription

Is anyone else having trouble redeeming their fiit subscription when taking out a samsung watch fiit plan. I keep texting Fiit to 150 but I keep getting links to Apple fitness+ sent to my phone. Obviously this isn't right. I have spoken to customer services and they can't figure it out either and sent me to Samsung but I am sure they won't be able to help. Can anyone shed any light on this issue?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
