I recently ordered a new device via live chat.
I was told the order was confirmed and that my new iphone 6s will arrive in one week.
Ive not yet received my new phone and I have had no confirmation of the order.
How do I check the order, I cant find the live chat option anymore!

Welcome to the community,
Live chat will not be available until the morning now, as it is not available 24/7 hours. You can ring customer service as from the morning or try live chat then and they should be able to let you know when you can expect to receive your new phone, as it depends when it is in stock.
