Received email asking to ring EE, then you can’t answer call Due to COVID 19?

ordered an 18 month sim only plan and got an email to call EE only to be told not to ring them due to current situation?? and ends call

 

cant find any email addresses, (email I got is a non receiving email address) no online chat or other help available

Welcome to the community,

 

Sorry to hear you got cut off, as once the recorded message has finished, you should be able to stay online until a representative is able to pick up your call.

 

When did you try ringing them? Maybe try again, as they are very busy. There is email address to contact them and unless you are on a monthly contract, there is no live chat. 

 

You could always try Facebook or Twitter and see if they can help.
