restarting iPhone after network update

I have received a text asking me to restart my phone following updated network settings. I have an Apple Watch & apple AirPods paired to my phone. Will this affect them & will I have to pair them again. Also what settings have been updated?

When your network settings are updated, you won't see any changes to your personal user settings or your paired devices.
