Re: bill seems high

I just joined EE it's supposed to be £37 a month so can someone tell me why my first bill is £87.01. £50.01 over what it should be and I've not even used the phone yet.

@Caroline42r  It sounds like EE have also added roaming to your account and that’s what the £50 extra charge is for.  You will get this refunded back as it’s a refundable token. You can call customer services and request this back now if you choose. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
