Re: Why can't I change my appointment online?

With over 1200 people viewing this post to date it's evident that people would like to be able to change or cancel appointments online.

I've mislaid my phone so there's no point in me going to store to get it serviced and I can't phone!

Sorry to say I won't be able to cancel my appointment and free the slot for someone else.

@Marietoo  as stores don’t have access to this this is would be impossible as your only booking a time slot at the store and the store gets informed of that booking. 
And the number of views a post has had doesn’t mean anything of the sort as people need to view a post to see if it’s appropriate for them.
