Re: Porting your Number

I have been waiting to Port my number from BT since the 13/8/21 and as of today it still hasnt happened. Numerous phone calls have resulted in absolutely no result except a possible wait of 72 hours from yesterday, system error apparently. Absolutely not good enough,thats nearly a week to PORT a number from a sister company. Nowhere good enough!

If you have a case open with EE C/S, that's absolutely the best course of action.
