It wont let me get to that part on the EE app I am trying to upgrade my S10
but every time I enter my number and it give a some 6 digit code then says
error here the error message below

Does the same happen if you log into your My EE account through your browser and select upgrade?

This pops up every time I log in won't even give me a chance to go to
upgrade

If you are unable to upgrade in your My EE account, please give our Mobile Care team a call on 150. They will be able to help you with the upgrade 🙂
