Hello,
I have placed an order as an upgrade blue Iphone 12 pro max on 28th of August. I got an e-mail with the confirmation and the order number but I can't track the order on the online tracker. I had to pay £30 phone fee, and also £100 fee because of an early upgrade, this is still pending on my online banking. I would like to know what's happening?
