Re: Order tracking: pay monthly orders

Hi, 

I ordered an upgrade to iPhone 12 in purple on Friday 18th June for delivery for Saturday 19th. It showed as in stock. I received an email confirming my order but since then have heard nothing and I am yet to receive my upgrade. 

I have tried to track my order using my order reference number but it just says that it is incorrect and cannot give me any information. 

Please can someone advise when I should expect my order??

If you're unable to track your order online, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

 

They will be able to access your account and give you an update on your order.
