Re: Old Sim is still working after Port.

My EE app is showing new number and so phone settings also show new number but I can’t send text or data isn’t working. I can make calls but old number is the one calling 

 

sent PAC code to EE never received messages to say port had started nor ended

When did you give us your PAC, and how did you do this?

 

What phone are you using?

I gave use the PAC code on the 15th April via the online form on the My EE App.

im using a iPhone 12.


My EE APP is saying my number has been transferred and so is my phone and messenger setting on phone.

when I ring someone it rings through as my old number. But I cannot text nor use data

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check the progress of your port.

I’ve contacted them numerous times. They Just do a network rest and tell me to check number on messenger and phone section on settings. I’ve been paying my contact for the past 10 days and I can’t even text or use data.
