I am in the same situation,pre-ordered the S21 on the 22nd and got an email confirming my order along with my order number but when I put it in the tracker it says "sorry,we can't show your order details right now" and that i will be updated through text or email but I have not recieved anything.what is the point of pre-ordering something if you don't recieve it on the release date like it says.

I'm assuming from the memory size that it's a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, @Jcon85. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
We have that version in stock at the moment, so I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check your order.
