I ordered on the 21st January had confirmation email and no other communication and still no phone.

Did you order this as an upgrade or new pay monthly contract?

 

Was this the Samsung Galaxy A12 64GB? I can't seem to find a 128GB model?

It was an upgrade 45 days before end of contract. Now when I log on to my
account it's not showing an upgrade date.
