Ordered one several weeks ago customer rep told me 7 days. I rang today they aren't sure when it will be in stock. I did receive an email to say it was on track (that was Monday). As ordered within September does that mean we miss the Samsung promotion as we need the IMEI number.

As long as your order was placed within the promotional period you will be eligible to claim.
The Samsung S21 256GB White is available to order and we will deliver once we receive stock from our supplier.

Many thanks for your response. On the date of purchase which was around 2 weeks ago I was told the phone should arrive within 7 days. The only reason I ordered the device was due to that promise. I was wondering if you would be able to offer a discount on my next bill to this misleading claim.
