I have the same issue. Plenty of data left on my plan and the signal checker says that there is no problem in the area.

Can you confirm the issue you're having?
On the assumption that you have signal bars showing on your phone, are you able to make & receive calls ok? And have you tried restarting your phone?

I have signal bars showing but there is a 'x' in the corner of the symbol.
I'm not able to send any messages.
I have restarted my phone but that didn't change anything.
