I upgraded on 12th Sept and Still waiting for a date to dispatch..  I've tried to track my order but its saying it cannot be tracked. Can anyone give me a date when I will receive it.. thanks

What did you order? If you ordered a phone, please include the model, colour and memory size, where applicable.

The current delivery guidance for that model is to expect dispatch within 21 days. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to deliver.

All of the other colours of the 128GB model are estimated 7 day delivery at the moment, @Kezw75.

 

If you're OK to wait, fantastic. If not, have a chat with our Mobile Care team and they may be able to change your order to one of the other ones.

@Kezw75  it probably did but because Samsung can’t build the devices quick enough so the dates are being pushback for delivery.
