I don't know if my device is locked. I have the IME but the full number will not type into the space provided on the unlock page. The phone is an old ex business Blackberry, could this be a problem?

Hi @zootcase,
Have you tried a SIM from another network in the phone?
If it was linked to a corporate account, the unlock would need to be requested by the business via their account manager.

My email reply is not being sent.
I have not tried another sim.
It is not possible to have the phone unblocked by the previous business.
Is there no other way to check whether or not the phone id locked

I have tried another sim card.
It is not possible to have the previous business to unlock it.
