Re: How do I report a fault with my landline?

Yanikin
Visitor

Good evening,

About 30 minutes ago, my wife alerted me that our land line is down. I have tried all 4 extensions and there is no signal.

Tried to call EE - and they say their offices are closed and to call Mon - Friday 08:00 - 20:00.

I cannot get hold of anyone - help!

Thank you

Jan D

@Yanikin : You'll need to phone CS during business hours to report a landline fault.

Have you tried the landline phone from the hidden test socket & see if it works?

Is your BB working but going slow?
