I have old sim in upgraded phone but no network connection, and it has now been more than 24 hours, Is there a problem or do I continue to wait?

Morning @carlydyer1

Thanks for coming to the community.

Did you receive a new SIM card?

If so, can you try this in your new phone, and let me know if you you have signal?

Speak soon 🙂

Leanne.

Hi Leanne

Thank you for getting back to me, I did get a new sim and I activated it but then friends told me I should just transfer me old sim to my new phone (which I have done),

Unfortunately I have now lost the new sim I was sent!

Can I just keep my old sim in this new phone and get switched onto the network, I haven't changed from another provider, Both phones have been with EE,

Thanks! I just want to use my phone asap, All apps and data have been transferred to my new phone so it's just a network issue,

Hi @carlydyer1

Thanks for coming back to me.

If you activated the new SIM card the old one would be cancelled.

You will need to request a replacement SIM card by getting in touch with our Mobile Care team.

They can arrange for a SIM to be sent to your address for you.

Thanks.

Leanne.
