How did this get resolved? I have 40mb of data left and purchased an unlimited add on on Tuesday and I thought it had worked. I'm now in Spain with nearly no data?? Mine still says Waiting

Did you try texting NOW to 150 to activate your waiting pack?

Hi @Jon_K iI did but only got a standard message about what to text for example BALANCE & UPGRADE etc.

 

As you can see it still says Waiting

Hi @Jon_K my data just ran out and the add-on has now kicked in. I think it's important that this is noted some where when you buy the addons they don't show until your original plan runs Out
