I'm having the issue on the app and website. You log in and it tells you it can't retrieve your account information and to log out. Over and over, same issue. I can't gift my kids data!
Yes I’ve had it since this morning. I couldn’t log in at all was saying I entered incorrect password too many times (I didn’t) and locked me out. I rang 150 and the girl said it was an issue their end and to try again later. I can log in now but it can’t retrieve my data and it is saying that I am not the account holder. I am giving up for today and will try again tomorrow and probably phone again
