Razer Kishi incompatible with S21 Ultra

I've just received my Razer Kishi, which came as a free gadget with my recent purchase of the S21 Ultra phone plan.

The problem is, the Razer Kishi is not compatible with the S21 Ultra. The phone simply doesn't fit. Has anyone managed to get it to fit? I can't force it in without it damaging my screen protector.

Should I have not assumed that it would be compatible since it was offered and checked with Razer first?

Would it not be proper for EE to advise that their device won't work with the promotion?

Is there a way to send the gadget back and replace it with something that's useful?

I hope you're well and having a nice day, are you up to much?

I've looked into this and we've confirmed with Razer that their controller does support the S21 Ultra.

The controller actually supports devices slightly larger than the specified dimensions. Both us and Razer have tested this, and the S21 Ultra fits inside the controller.

You said you're afraid the screen protector may be damaged. What makes you think this is going to happen?

I've tried 3 times now, it definitely doesn't fit. The left side doesn't fit over the bulky camera of the S21 Ultra. The whole left side of the device keeps falling off 

I have applied a little more force to try to get it on and it's forced my screen protector off so I will have to replace that!

I don't really want to be modifying the Kishi to fit over the camera.

Hey Chris,

It doesn't fit regardless of the screen protector.

As you can see in the images below the gasket, responsible for safely securing the phone in place, is quite a way off being large enough.

Hey Jon! 

Due to the USB C connection, the orientation of the phone is limited; there is no other way the phone could fit into the device.

The Razer website also says that the Samsung S21 Ultra is compatible with the Razer Kishi.
