I was just charged £3 by a company called Gameloft - I don't know who they are, and I didn't know it was possible for random people to dip into my phone account.
I don't even have a Smart phone, just a basic text-only model on PAYG! I certainly have never subscribed for any games.
I now understand this is a 'premium text' and I should be able to block them by texting BAR to 150, but I am not sure this works for PAYG? When I tried this I got sent back a long list of commands that didn't include BAR. So what do I do to stop it happening again?

@hat-s You need to call customer services and explain this to them. As you say it’s not a smart phone so you can not even surf the web.

- BAR/UNBAR are only for contract nos. For PAYG call CS to block Premium Nos & Charge to Mobile.
- Even a non-smartphone can surf the Web but with difficulty.
