Quite confused about an order

Hi,

 

New to EE and just ordered a phone on contract...I think?

 

When i got to the last part and was checking out it asked to send a code to my mobile for security, I got the code and entered it into the site. It said payment confirmed and then brought me back to the ee homepage.

 

So....have I ordered a phone or not lol!?

 

I have not received any emails and there is no way to see orders on this site it looks like so erm...what should i do to find out if it went through?

 

So bizarre, thanks in advance for any replies.

If you give our sales team a call on 0800 956 6000, they can check if the order has gone through for you and if not help you place the order 🙂
