Hello,
I lost my sim, so my account was suspended.
However, I ordered a cheap, back-up PAYG phone to see me through the rest of the year.
This order has not shown up on my bank statement (not even as pending), with EE customer support also not being able to track or see this order placement.
Will this order become authorised when my account gets unsuspended?

@mich23 You’ll need to pay what you owe before EE will allow you to purchase anything. Once paid it’ll take upto 24 hours before your account is usable again.

My account does not owe funds, it is suspended due to the loss of my initial sim card.

The suspension of your pay monthly account wouldn't affect your order for a pay as you go phone.
When did you place your order?
Did you receive a confirmation email?
