Private number

My pay monthly contract ended today and I switched to pay as you go, now all incoming calls say private number. How do I stop this

Welcome to the community

 

The instinctive response is that those callers are not sending their number, and you will need to ask those callers to release their CLI. This is based on there being a difference between "Number withheld" (which you've explained) & "number unavailable" (which indicates broken CLI somewhere)

 

If you are sure that all calls, where CLI should be present, are not showing their number on your phone, there may be an issue with your SIM/account related to the transfer. You should call EE C/S on 150 (from your mobile) who should be able to rectify this.

I got the same problem in the same situation.

All calls is showing private number.

Yes I phoned ee customer service they did a reset over the phone and problem was solved
