Pre-ordered Samsung

Hello,

I have pre-ordered a Samsung Fold 5G more than a month ago and I have not gotten a delivery to my house. 

Although I didn't get the phone, I am receiving bills to pay for the phone.

How can I make sure that my phone will arrive ?

Hi @CristianB,

 

Are you being billed for your monthly plan or just the upfront payment?

 

If you are already being billed for your monthly plan, it means your phone has been dispatched to you. If you download the DPD app and register your details, does it show your EE order?
