You guys really need somewhere we can leave feedback about staff.
I don’t ever go out of my way to leave feedback about anyone as I consistently receive good customer service from EE representatives when I call - which I confirm in the after call survey - but this time I had to go beyond my norm.

I was on the second call to EE of the day and was a little frustrated with the process of connecting my Apple Watch to my line plan. I called once more as it wouldn’t let me connect the watch. Rebecca answered the phone, She was extremely friendly and helped me solve my issue - yes we ran into some obstacles but I really couldn’t have asked for a better person to help my get through it. Such an amazing soul, we solved the issue with laughter and I genuinely feel as though my friend was helping me solve an issue.
Long story short, if anyone knows Rebecca, she works in the Newcastle branch and is also from Scotland (called from 07973 100194 at around 17:30 on 6/6/2019) - let her know that I appreciate her, and give her a high five on me 🙂
