I wasn't sure where the correct place would be to write this but I just wanted to give some 5 star feedback for Michelle who I spoke to regarding my new phone/watch contract. She was extremely helpful from the get go and even though we had multiple phone connection issues, each time she called me back and carried on with the process. She was able to explain to me in-depth about the contract and really helped idiot proof the whole thing for me as I don't know a lot about tech. Michelle was an absolute delight and I hope if i ever have any problems with my phone it would be someone as amazing as her that would help me again.
