Ordered a new phone on contract just over a week ago. Called today to try and get my first bill to line up with pay day, and ended up talking to an employee called Felicity. Felicity was the most amicable, helpful person I've ever come across in this line of work. I felt at every verse end she went out of her way to explain things to me in detail, without hesitation and gave me a much greater assurance that EE really is a fantastic company.

 

Felicity explained all the additions provided with my contracts, set notes and dates for endings, and made sure that no additional charges were made to my account unbeknownst to me. At first I was reluctant to use these additional packages for that reason, but now I feel much more informed and grateful for the service provided.

 

Give this lady a raise.

 

Edit: Couldn't find anywhere to leave positive feedback, and people that work to such quality deserve to be commended.
