I want to leave some positive feedback after speaking with EE support as I didn't receive the typical text message feedback form. I called yesterday and had a useless advisor serve me who did not solve my issue and failed to call me back about the issue as promised.
Today I called at 15:45 and spoke with an EE advisor called Connor, who was very helpful and understanding in solving my issue quickly as well as providing clear and precise advice on how to switch over numbers between contracts.
Hopefully, this feedback can reach the right people as I would rate this advisor as potentially the best I've spoken to so far in my few years of experience with EE support and they certainly deserve recognition.
