Also my new phone I've just received has a tiny dint in the screen. I only noticed it because of the screen protector. Will this be covered on my contract if the screen went funny or do I need to tell a member of the team?

Hi @Tee193

Welcome to the community.

If your device was damaged upon receiving it, I would recommend reporting this to our Mobile Care team as soon as possible.

Thank you for your response. I spoke to someone on 150 and they said I should be okay as it's only a minor fault. I said I wasn't overly bothered as it isn't effecting me plus they said as long as it's not effecting the screen than I should be fine, if it does get worse in the 14 day period I can take it into the store. They also said after those 14 days I can call up if there's any issues. The member of the team wasn't 100% about the situation either.
