Port number to EE error message "Please make sure.."

I am porting my existing Gifgaff number to EE, but the error message say "Please make sure you enter the right phone number. It must be a UK phone number and start with 07." The number I have put in is the EE sim number on field "Your EE phone number".

 

What should I do? I read other post and they are not in UK or VPN, but I am now in Shrewsbury and I do not use any VPN.

@Felixleung888   If you are having issues doing this yourself online just call customer services and give them the PAC code.   Please remember it is Christmas so it might take longer than usual to migrate your number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
