When will the PlayStation 5 be restocked for add to plan? It’s been ages!!

EE still showing on their website that people should be receiving the Ps5 by 15th December !! So they not updated anything.
I think it’s been a pretty poor showing from EE that they have not restocked the PS5. I know their is high demand and a shortage, but other websites have been getting limited stock.
but nothing from EE.

I registered my interest in adding a PlayStation 5 via Add To Plan way back before your first stock drop and missed out because you FAILED to notify me and it was a friend who told me it had dropped. Unfortunately by the time I'd logged in they had sold out. The drop you had today (March 30th) I made sure I wasn't going to miss despite you failing yet again to notify me about it (found out through the Sun newspaper yesterday!) so from 7.30am I constantly refreshed the page with PlayStation 5's until shortly after 8am i saw the console plus extra controller go live (bear in mind I had been refreshing literally every 30 seconds) so I was sure I'd bag one finally. Well despite already being logged in I was greeted by a green log in button so hit it and was taken to a phone upgrade page!? Why? Got 4 contracts, don't want an upgrade. So navigated back to the PlayStation 5 page and repeated the previous process again, this time the page simply refreshed, tried again.... And again.... And again, until..... Out of Stock, Register your interest!! I appreciate the PS5 is very popular but this is the second time i have tried to add one to my account but been failed by you due to A) not notifying me ahead of a stock drop as promised and B) by not having a reliable working App or website. Poor communication. Poor service.

We sent a text message to customers to let them know of available stock. This was sent to customers who registered their interest in PlayStation®5, are eligible for Add to Plan and have marketing permissions confirmed on their EE account.
If you are not eligible for Add to Plan at this time or have opted out of marketing permissions, either generally or for SMS, you won’t have been sent a message.

While our Customer Care Team can't help with stock enquiries for the PS5, they can check you are opted in to marketing messages and are eligible for add to plan.

I pre registered aswell but never received an email, however I was on since 6am refreshing (I had heard 8am) and at 8:15am they finally came in stock 🙂 Mine went though with no issues on PC
