Phone upgrade question

I just upgraded my current EE phone and sim to a new phone and new plan.  At the end of the ordering process online, it came up with a page saying that EE needed more information to complete the upgrade and to phone them, however my browser crashed and I lost the page with that information on, which I now cannot find anywhere on My EE.  Is my order still valid and if so, what number do I need to ring to complete the order?

Dial 150 and explain. They can check

I'd definitely recommend speaking to the Mobile Care team too, I'm sure they'll be able to check the order for you.
